Plus I need to make stuff that can be both vegetarian & “meatetarian” (as I refer to C).
I wish I had a bigger kitchen with more room to store stuff and WAY more counter space - I’m sure it would help motivate me to cook. But honestly it’s gotta be stuff that I can make for a reasonable price and that isn’t gonna take hours.

Ingredients:
1 oz vodka
1 oz blue curacao
3 oz lemonade
Splash 151
Pinch of cinnamonDirections: Pour vodka, blue curacao, and lemonade into a goblet-type glass Top with a splash of 151 proof rum Light on fire Add the pinch of cinnamon to the flames (cinnamon will spark) *** Blow out flames before consuming! ***

Pumpkin Pie French Toast
(makes 4 servings)
Ingredients:
2 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup pumpkin puree
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1/8 teaspoon cloves
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
2 tablespoons brown sugar
8 slices of bread
Directions:
1. Mix the eggs, milk, pumpkin puree, vanilla, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, mutmeg and brown sugar in low flat bowl for easy dipping.
2. Dip the bread into the egg mixture on both sides and grill in a pan until lightly golden brown, about 2-3 minute per side.
3. Serve with maple syrup.
