But the first day of my 5 day mini-vacation was uber productive. C & I ran some errands & did some shopping.
I set up all of my Harry Potter geekery collectibles (photo post coming soon) and I did an entire movie collection reorganization/rearranging - our videos our now arranged by genre.

So I'm trying to be, like, ORGANIZED about grocery...
Plus I need to make stuff that can be both vegetarian & “meatetarian” (as I refer to C).
I wish I had a bigger kitchen with more room to store stuff and WAY more counter space - I’m sure it would help motivate me to cook. But honestly it’s gotta be stuff that I can make for a reasonable price and that isn’t gonna take hours.
